The best way to achieve that goal is 1) let Europeans freeze to death in the dark or 2) $250 bbl oil.

Unfortunately the U.S. is now dependent on Russian oil too.

Keystone is a dream for another decade.

The only ones loving this dilemma is the Saudis and Russian Oligarchs, all three of them...
