GENC. Cigar butt at 12-mo low. As previously stated, lots of cash, little ltd. This asphalt company ought (?) to do ok with infrastructure build. I bet risk/reward favors a buy: not likely to fall further (I will guess) and although upside might be only a couple of points ($10 rising to $12), I'm willing to stay in to see. Had a few tracking shares, now today upped to a small position. finance.yahoo.com
