My thinking is that no bad news is ever really priced in. this was certainly not the case with FL, even though in generally, the issue and dependency from Nike was fairly well known. Now Fl essentially tries a pivot with their own sneaker brand, a used sneaker resale business and so forth. These could be good initiative, but now we are talking about a business that needs to pivot which is never an easy thing. I think now you need to essentially have a view that FL new business are working out well.

Anyways, we had a similar case with AVT recently, where a large supplier basically told them that they are not needed any more. This is never a good thing and sort of hard to make money in this situation.
