You wrote a lot, but I can't understand what you want to say.

What's the catch?

Try answering in clear simple sentences. For example - the price of the steel that X sells may decline by 70% this year, and that will cause X to become cash flow negative.

The PE is 2x. The Why?

And....with EPS above $14.00 for last year, why is the annual dividend only 20 cents? Why not $3.00?
