Ira, I hope and think you are right. If this passes as the lowpoint in KE's CC career, we'll be ok. We long termers have always been less than satisifed with the cc's in general, perhaps this event will serve to begin a new era in IOM's CC management efforts. Glad to hear you were able to bring these concerns direct to at least the IR level. Wonder if they made it any higher? Jack
