I watched that in amazement. The woman is the US ambassador to the UN. If Russia threatens the world with nukes, one would expect the US ambassador to the UN to be the first to be informed of this and immediately appeal to the UN to intervene. But no. I got an alert about it on my phone this morning, about four hours before that TV show.
