T. I noticed jean claude's post occurred about the same time as Larry Brubaker's, so he was probably unaware of Larry's discovery at the time he was submitting it.

I don't know exactly where to start or believe I will have time to find or search through old Company records to confirm how many options Cal will be exercising and at what price, but I believe Larry has indeed found the explanation. The information should eventually become available after the options are exercised.
