For a laugh: The author sent me a link to his 13 page paper which purportedly shows: “Sadly AI is a scam. It has been falsified as a theory going back to the Lighthill Report in 1973. Neural networks are about the worst operations research search algorithms ever.” arxiv.org My reaction: ROFLMAO! The easiest rejoinder is just that AI works! Frank P.S. I note that your paper does not appear to have been published in a reputable, refereed journal. No wonder. It is just gobbledygook! Next you’re gonna tell us you published a proof that you can double the cube or square the circle! Well if you just post something on the internet without being refereed you can publish anything you want, e.g., a proof Covid 19 doesn’t exist! Oh, you’ve done that already? Ha, Ha, Ha!
