Byron, Welcome Back! I hope your trip went well. Things have gotten very interesting since you left. We have had some new braying asses show up on the scene, demanding attention for their useless drivel, but that is just par for the course. You know how the Energy Creatures work.
1. A Tempest call was made from mainland China to WLV and we look on the verge of doing some nice business to China, with a company called CyComm.
2. The price held 5 and over a 30 day day watch period for Nasdaq, and they requested some additional info. which I believe was shipped this past week and once they receive that we are close to Nas. listing.
3. Meyerson dumped a large chunk of shares this week, however that has come to end. They did this after the watch period had ended and should not affect listing. The good news about the dump is that in one day 683,000 were dropped and it was picked up by new hands, a great sign of our support over 4.40 and really turned into a very bullish action.

I think you'll enjoy it. The need became clear when some biased, slanted person attempted to substaniate their inane pratter with a copyright violating, intellectual property stealing 'library. I mean like Frank Peters ever gave him permission to repost his words, some people just do not understand the laws on this topic.
