I never kept a goldfish as a pet, but I have rained betta fish to come out of water and eat out of the palm of my hand...just saying...seriously, like Jacob said, if you are an oil exec, or an insurer or ... when will you risk billions in Russia again? And if you do, is that going to be for a long term project or something that you can get paid for quickly before the next megalomaniac comes around?
