Hi Arthur
Further developments have ensued since my last post.Felderhof's
assets have been frozen by the courts,(HE AND HIS WIFE WERE GRANTED A MONTHLY ALLOWANCE).Bresea Resources is in receivership and soon to
be in bankruptcy as for Bro-x they can't be touched since they had no
claims in Busang.The trial date for the lawsuit in Texas is for feb13/98.Good luck if your involved!!!
