You could say that; Raygun took down Carter's solar panels and dismantled his energy programs, and Bush wasted money on Iraq, instead of spending it on renewables. However, Clinton didn't do anything, Obama didn't do much, and we, the people, have never demanded it, so "our" works for me.

It must also be "our fault" that we aren't living in an era of flying cars and Mr. Fusion and self-tying sneakers.



To be sure, though, I think the hoverboard is pretty close to fruition ...



In any case, to a liberal, failure of government only means government didn't try hard enough.
