SCO doesn't map to WTIC. It maps to an index of WTIC which is roughly and equal weighted slice of the next 6 - 9 months contracts. So it is possible for one to go down while the other goes up. As far as I know, there are no spot oil contracts (maybe USO/SSO? but those guys are too opaque). You can try to play NRGU/NRGD which is pretty close to spot but is really a take at XOP+XES.
