Re VTRS - I sold at $11.2 for a more than 15% loss after reading the earnings release and reviewing the data, Forward guidance really is the problem, they guided down EBITDA by ~$500M for 2022.They also got much less for the biosimilar business than I thought.
The problem with VTRS that the equity is only a smallish part of the capital structure, at $10 equity is only roughly 1/3 of the capital structure. This means that in reality the stock is only ~3% cheaper on an EV basis when the equity is down 10%.

I just decided that I take my lumps and move on. I don’t need to make money with the same stock I lost it in.
