It’s pretty easy to find out what SWK is doing and it is very easy to conclude that SWK business model and markets/ products have nothing to do with SIMO.

I get that SIMO looks cheap, but I don’t think it makes sense to compare two companies with totally different business models and that serve totally different market. I mean if you compare INTC or MU with SIMO, I understand, but SWK and SIMO , that makes no sense to me.

I like SWK and agree it looks cheap-ish or at least not expensive. I owned Black & Decker a long time ago and did well with it. I recall SWK absorbed BDK at some point (2010).
