On the positive, that sale generates sufficient cash to pay down debt and allow a $1 Billion stock buy back. I plan to watch the next few quarters to see how FCF tracks. I was disappointed by TEVA (Buffet closed out his TEVA position) and VTRS may/could be the next TEVA.
