...what I don't get is the Ukranians can stand off 1000 to 1500 yards and yet fill every tanker truck full of holes with easily placed high caliber sniper fire....maybe somewhat less with incendiary rounds.....whether the trucks are moving or not......it's not like you are targeting a body sized target........no tanker truck should ever reach Kiev.
