With rates so low why didn't Trump push for an infrastructure program?

All Trump did was give a big tax break for the 1%, which piled onto the debt. Every R administration always increases the debt, and leaves a pile of crap for Dems to clean up

And you think the Govt should not have funded the vaccine program??
