Lich suggests judicial bias
or
Lich says she would have asked for new judge

The prosecution responded by asking if she would have done that right after Barber got released?
Lich seems incapable of understanding the seriousness of the charges, she won't accept any of it.
She is operating under the premise that her actions are guided by her personal religious fantasies.
She is the embodiment of a fanatic in every respect, not able to reflect on her actions in any way.
The judge was right to lock her up until trial, she needs to be put in prison for a lengthy term.
She is utterly incapable of acting the way a rational person would act, she is incapable of thought or reflection.
It is clear that she will re-offend and that she thinks her offenses are "political", her crimes aren't political.
In a roundabout way she acknowledges the criminality of her actions.
She advised she found out the judge was local and suggested an out of town judge should have ruled.
This indicates that she is fully aware that she was attacking the people of Ottawa, not protesting.
Her statements indicate exactly what the prosecution suggests, she is capable of lying under oath.

People see the word mischief and think it is slap on the wrist time
Criminal mischief is a serious charge and counseling to commit mischief is more serious.
The charges that will take her to prison are the charges that she counseled others during an Emergency.
She counseled others to obstruct the police, she counseled others to ignore the Emergency orders.
Now Lich is seeking to be released and a relative will act as her surety.
The relative is "proud" of Lich and advised Lich of that two days after Lich was arrested and jailed.
This is another case where those offering surety are of the same mindset and belief as the accused.
This surety is about as serious as the Komix surety offered for King, say anything to get Lich released.
I am not sure that it matters at this point as the created crisis is past and criminal charges are pending.
Substantial jail time for the organizers is entirely appropriate given the gravity of the charges.
