Scott, I know of ParcPlace's Smalltalk, I have friends that are Smalltalk programmers.. They think this program is great as well. However, is this a good company? It seems they are having trouble getting their act together. I'd like to invest in them at these "bargain" prices. Trading very close, if not just below book value, it seems like it's the time to buy. However, I have an emotional attachment to good software developers in finacial problems (I have a stake in Borland (BORL)). I've looked at the Baseline report, but nothing really stands out to me. Why are you so anxious to buy? Dennis
