If they cause a nuclear disaster, Russia may become a pariah that no one with a reputation will buy anything from. China wants to be perceived as a responsible global power. And while they support NK, a glow in the dark site maybe too much even for them. This is insane!! Today there was news that DoD has set direct line to the Russian defense department so as to avoid misunderstandings. I hope that they are calling them tonight and brief us tomorrow.
