The thing is, Russia is running the invasion play list. The problem is, they don't understand the bad PR globally.

Don't they remember Fukushima? Chernobyl?

It's like an old Soviet battle plan, where you don't care about the environment or blow-back. They are trying to force Ukraine to the negotiating table at all costs, but there is no way this is going to bring it about.

I traveled in Europe after Chernobyl. It was great! No crowds. No waiting. Best time to travel until post 9-11.
