Salary increases will continue long after inflation is gone.
No they're not, not at the rates we're seeing.

The primary driver of salary increases is inflation due to funny Fed money combined with low unemployment.

In other words, the Fed screwed up, and now they have to fix it by raising interest rates and tightening monetary policy.

That will necessarily cause an economic recession, which will raise unemployment, which means salaries will stop increasing.
