I actually inspected a Chinese tire factory about 15-years ago. After what I saw, there was no way I would trust a truck tire to that process. RV and ORV tires are an entirely different matter. The stress on the tires is much lower than heavy trucking. Man, that was one toxic factory I was in. It was about the 2nd most toxic place I ever went to in China.
