Many more to add ,,, but one from personal experience , just recently.

Chest pains over the heart at 5:30 am,, down to emerg,, ecg , blood work , chest X-rays,, more blood work

4 hours later,, released … nuclear stress tests booked 2 days later,, over 2 days.

Cost ??…zero ……don’t even see a bill.
