We've returned to "strong sovereignty" and the post-WW2 world order is dead. Back to 1914.

Much of the angst and confusion over what to think about Ukraine arises from the fact that everyone now alive are children of the "moral wars" - WW2 and the Cold War. We are no longer in a period of existential ideological contention.
