A Few comments....

First, a company in growth stages needs all the cash it can get, salaries have to be paid on time, and projects that occur over several pay periods without structured payments have to be internally financed. So, no share buybacks in the near future.

Second, a company with more cash than it needs should pay dividends or buy back shares only if it can not do better for the shareholders by using that money to grow the business. So we don't want to see share buybacks at this time.

Third, the company will have about 2.2 million dollars come in from calling the TPROW warrants if the stock price remains strong. This will help in the cash flow situation, about two months down the road.

And yes, the warrants are at quite a premium these days, I think that is a premium for the leverage that they represent. ie. the price of the common minus $3.50 should be the price of the warrants, anything more is the "premium." Like an option, this premium will disappear as redemption becomes more likely. A word to the wise TPROW holder.

Finally, this thread is about a company named TAVA. All posts about individual people who are not officers of TAVA are probably a waste of time for the majority of viewers. Please think twice before submitting such a post, and then don't do it. Yeah, you have a right to free speech, but you don't have a right to a captive audience who can't avoid your c**p if they are clicking sequentially through the posts. Your free speech rights end when you force others to listen. It used to be called common courtesy, to those of us who are old enough to remember when it was common.
