China informed Blinken that China shall not blink, especially not to Team Blinken. China enumerated to Blinken whatever needed reminding at the Alaska powwow 12 short months ago. Let us just remember Blinken and ilk sees more of imperative to blink to Iran and Venezuela :0) Am agnostic but do wonder whether Team Blinken can do the math. 50 years on Nixon / Kissinger stratagem, and all wasted.
