Gary- For your information, you are not the only one. I have the same questions as you. I have stated them here from time to time but have had the same responses as you have seen. The core group here can't get over their love of this product. I would love it to, if there was a product.

I have in my hand information sent to me by the company a couple years ago. It has a picture of the Demo "window" used in many of their presentations. Neat device. The newsletter has great information about the plans of the company. Problem is it is dated January 1993. Bob Sax says that one of their licensees expects to have a product in production by late 1993 or 1994. Right.

The newsletter lists many of the same licensees as are with the company today. This is not the only research I have, I have a file over 1 1/2 inches thick. They all say the same thing...soon.

Since that time the company has done more research and granted licenses to a few other companies. Still no product.

I don't know if there will ever be a product. I have been in and out of the company stock several times. I have done well playing the swings up and selling when I have a good profit. At todays price there is not too much to lose and lots to gain if anyone ever does get to production. But I think it is more a $100 stock rather the a $2000 dollar stock many here seem to think it is. But, even $100 is not bad.

While I won't call this a "PUMP AND DUMP" that is what has happened in the past. And the people at the company have done a lot of the dumping. They seemed to have stopped the selling of late, but that 1.3M loan you mentioned does bother me. And if you call the company, ask them what their relationship is to the people who got the last private placement. (By the way, that was just after the 1.3M loan)

I could go on but I won't. People here would just start the "cheerleading" and tell me how wrong I am. But I did say during the last run-up that it would see the 7's before it saw 15, and I was right.

I keep my investment small. I will keep one eye open and increase my position if I ever think a product is coming.

Rick

PS While I wrote this there was another post made to the board (#513). You see the way the react whenever someone questions anything? That is why I refrain from posting here.
