Why are oil companies not developing the 5000 to 8000 leases they have right now?? Biden put a hold on NEW leases not existing leases that the drillers/oil companies have "in hand" right now. PS...The most amount of U.S. crude exported occurred 2017 to 2020. I do not have numbers for 2021. I'll post when I get them.
