It turns out that "managed trade" is not, and never was, free trade... and, neither is "mis-managed trade"... Seeking to create political advantages to exploit in prosecuting trade, intending its use as a weapon... makes it a weapon... I suspect more than half the world's population would have disagreed with me on that... three weeks ago.
