The most liquid & easy to sell property is 1st priority of every Tyranny. Once that's all been pledged as collateral for more sovereign borrowing? Confiscation shifts to less liquid items. That takes more time, effort, and cost. I'm too old to see more than the beginning of that. Kids & grand kids are younger, stronger & have the endurance necessary to bring about the necessary non-violent regime change. Maybe I'm mistaken, but think it can be done. Have to leave it there.
