Countries representing approx 70% of the world's population either abstained or voted "No" on a U.N. resolution condemning Russia for the Ukraine invasion.

It's obviously a very complex issue - Putin is clearly in the wrong but Russia and the breakaway eastern states also have major grievances that were never addressed.
