I don't understand your logic for saying that this is not the forum to discuss Product Features.

I do not believe there is a causal link between the availability of product features, and the stock price of a company. It's enough for me to know that a company is in a particular business segment, and understand enough about their product's functionality to be able to compare it to the functionality available from others. I don't generally want to get into understanding product features. For example, it won't do me much good to know how many columns/page Microsoft Word can support, before I make an investment decision in Microsoft.

IMO technology companies are rarely successful on the basis of product features. Other factors such as management expertise, salesforce effectiveness, support etc., are as or more important.

By the way, in your post #387 you suggest I do not like the NetGain product. What's your basis for that statement? I believe I expressed disagreement with Roger Babb on the merits of the product. I don't recall saying I did not like the product. Or that I did like it, for that matter.
