Marshall, Perhaps Darren(whi I think looked at the agreement) might know if PFG has whatever rights to rebuy. Commonly you can have either the right of first refusal if B finds another buyer by matching that price the other buyer offered. Less common is the absolute right to repurchase, which means B must only sell to PFG(with no target price provided by an outside offer it will need to be discussed/arbitrated, it may be in the form of a buy/sell?, and if B makes an offer, we can make the mirror offer(adjusted for the 70:30 of course) and buy it from them.
