We are in business! Excel does not list mmddyy as an option, but if you type it in it takes it. I was having a problem copying and pasting from my RS calculation program to a dummy CSV file. It turns out that copying and pasting brings formats along for the ride. Copying and paste special - values only does the trick in Excel. I am impressed with the EZ-PnF program. Can't wait until the registered copy arrives so I don't have to set the defaults each time! I have a heads up for you if you decide to make RS a future feature. You definitely need some sort of a date validate function to compare the dates of the two data streams (Ticker and say DJIA). I find that about 5% of the times I run RS calcs, there is a miss match between dates. The missing date in the ticker data stream is often the day after Thanksgiving for some reason. Anyway, my RS chart inventory will be growing faster now that I have EZ-PnF. The [Close, Date, ignore rest of line] setting works just great. duke60
