I wouldn't say I'm "anxious" to buy; just picked up a nibble today on the bad news.

Given the financial strength (no debt, selling below book and far below revenues, etc), it seems like a good time to acquire a stake. They have some great employees and a high-visibility corporate presence. This would be valuable to an acquirer or fodder for a turnaround under tougher management.
