M. Jensen.Thanks for that. I had read it some time ago, but it had slipped my mind. I see, if they want to keep it then $4 m forever, or $10,000 and sell it back to us, I assume we will not allow the assigmnment to another cheaply if at all. So it looks good for PFG. Bill
