Wolfspeed presentation at Morgan Stanley. morganstanley.webcasts.com Worth a listen...two data points I found interesting. - The gating factor for their guidance is supply. Reading between the lines, they aren't going to begin (or announce) a capacity expansion until they have managed to get yields at Mohawk to a reasonable level. - 200mm substrates will be more expensive than 150mm substrates on a per sq in basis initially. They see no reason to sell 200mm substrates into the merchant market until that changes. It didn't sound like they are even sampling them to prospective customers.
