I think KSS is undervalued and a good buy. A lot of stocks in the retail are looking like buys. I still see opportunity in JOAN, they raised their dividend 10% and they report next week, 29% of the float short too. With BBBY seeing activist activity I think some other retailers might be in focus for people too.
