Do you remember what drew your attention to it?

I heard that these labs were collecting Russian DNA to study. A lot of people in the red map area are genetically related to the Mongols from past invasions. Just sayin...

The labs are apparently run by DTRA, a military operation that Dr. Robert Malone has worked with on pathogen and vaccine research. The State Department was bragging about them on their website up until recently. There's one in Georgia too - named after Senator Lugar.
