Which provides more information to someone, being able to see on a computer screen themselves with new colors and styles or just "knowing" that they have brown, type 19b hair? Would Kojak give a flying f* for CCSI? All CCSI has is a gadget that tells you what colors go best with your skin color, hair color, etc. How about personal preference? Where does that fit into their little gadget? Since natural hair color comes in may shades, etc, CCSI's device will tell you what type of hair color formulation is needed to precisely make your hair change from your specific shade of brown to a specific shade of blonde for example.
