Hello Irby, Like so many others, I am a new subscriber who had to tell you how much I appreciate your efforts and the great information you have provided on this thread. I started on page one and have read all the way through...the best education I have had so far, Thanks! I have a question that has been bugging me. I apologise if this is a bit off topic for the thread. I tried to use the email address in your profile, to contact you directly, but it came back undelivered. In a stock quote, the open, high, low, last and change are given (among others). I assume that the change is the difference between the open and close, with the +/- indicating direction up or down. Is this correct? If so then why the discrepancy in the following example: MSFT (from Quote.com) open: 155 3/8 high: 158 1/4 low: 155 1/8 last: 158 1/8 chng: +2 11/16 It seems to be off by a 1/16. I noticed this was the case on many other stock quotes I looked at. They all seem to be off a 1/16 or so. Am I missing something obvious here? I get that feeling... :) Thanks. Chris
