Bitterroot Resources (BTT-V) Announces Cdn$1 Million PP

Bitterroot Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units priced at 10 cents, consisting of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant exercisable at 20 cents for two years. The proceeds will be used to continue drilling for magmatic nickel and copper at the LM property joint venture in Michigan and for initial drill tests on one or both of the company's fully permitted gold-silver projects in Nevada, plus general working capital.

The warrant will be subject to an accelerated expiry provision if the company's closing share price exceeds 35 cents for 20 consecutive trading days at the company's discretion. The securities issued pursuant to the financing will be subject to four-month hold period under applicable securities laws. The company will pay fees to qualified finders, consisting of 6 per cent in cash and 6 per cent in broker warrants.
