Does anyone out there know why CWD shares hit a historic low of .90 last week? Fundamentals look descent and the company announced an acquisition recently. There is also talk of a T.S.E. listing. Shouldn't the stock be moving up instead of down?

Management has allowed the stock to fall from an all time high of $8.10 (using pre-consolidation numbers) to an all time low of .90 for what purpose? Do you think it's possible insiders are locking in options at low prices before filing for a T.S.E. listing?

Regarless of what there doing I doubt that any of this would make Avi Dalfen at Research Capital a happy camper since his 12 month target for CWD in his report dated May 20th 1997 was $2.50 for the company.

The year-end report should be out in the next couple weeks.

Anyone have any comments? You too Steve T.
