John, if these estimates were correct then Intel would be able to supply the worlds demand for pentiums from 1 fab alone. I am basing this on the likeliness that Intels yields are higher and their throughput is greater due to less complicated processing steps. At 80% yield and even if there was no greater throughput, Intel would produce 87 million pentiums. Faster throughput would bring this number closer to 100million. I just don't believe this is happening so there must be something missing here. EP
