You are correct; that is how I got my OSU shares, through the transformation from EPM. I originally came across this management team through a company Crossy recommended that built a chromium mine, if I remember properly, in either Russia or Kazakhstan, it's been a long time, so I don't remember much except I did very well on that one, I hope enough to make up for the losses on EPM/OSU. I don't plan in putting money into that part of the world unless the situation completely changes. LC
