hi dave

i just downloaded the zig zag from the omega web site. it doesn't appear as nicely as the one on your web site and i'm not sure if it really is the same. i have never played with this indicator before because of the description given by many others verifying the equis statement. i believe that it looks for a percent change to trigger the reversal. is this correct?

if that's correct i don't understand why it would possibly change.
as i understand it the last leg can change from a reversal to a continuation. the only way to verify this would be to watch a few charts to see if this happens or to add some bogus dates and prices to your database to try to change the zig zags last leg direction.
