That's at best
At worst, nobody survives to see it hit 0000

But if interested and hopeful, REITS are ridiculously overvalued
Only thing I can guess is they get gov contract to house homeless in malls and office buildings
Driving down any area road, and see nothing but 5-6 story office complexes with mostly empty lots

The malls have been long dead
