Desperate Führer is floundering. @KyivIndependent Pentagon now believes Russia recruiting Syrian fighters for war in Ukraine. The announcement follows a WSJ report on Mar. 6 that Putin was recruiting Syrians skilled in urban combat to fight in Ukraine.
